Qigong (chee gung) is an ancient practice that provides a perfect antidote for our all too sedentary and stressful modern lifestyles. Sometimes called meditation in motion, Qigong integrates movement, breath and awareness to cultivate better health, a clearer mind and deeper sense of connectedness. Studies have shown many benefits including less pain and fatique, more energy, better circulation and enhanced immunity.

In this introductory workshop, we will practice easy-to-learn movements from the Wild Goose Lineage as well as other Qigong, to gently stretch, realign and strengthen the body while cultivating qi, or life force energy. Join me for an enjoyable afternoon of exploration into relaxing the body and harmonizing the spirit

Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.
